VIDEO: Augrabies in full spate
The Orange river came down in full force at Augrabies in February 2010.
When we heard the Vaal Dam was overflowing after good rains, we knew Augrabies Falls in the Northern Cape would be worth a visit. And we were right...The flow of the Orange river reached a peak of 2 948 m³/sec on 9 February - the strongest measured since 1988.
