Sticky marmalade marinade for ribs

This is when a tub of Wet Wipes will come in handy! The marinade is suitable for lamb or pork ribs.

You need (for 12-16 ribs)
• 3/4 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup orange marmalade
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 8 tablespoons soya sauce
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• black pepper
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed

Here's how:
1. A gentle glow. Gently heat up all the ingredients in a pot or microwave for easy mixing, and pour over the ribs.
2. Let it lie. Marinade the ribs for a couple of hours or preferably overnight.
3. Slather 'em. Baste the ribs liberally with the marinade while cooking over the fire.
