Everyone will love getting their very own bowl out of the oven. Of course you can also make this in one big bowl.

You need (for 4 people)
• 500 g mince mixture, thawed
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
• 2 eggs

Here’s how
1. Turn on the oven.
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
2. Be fair. Divide the mince into four equal portions and scoop each portion into its own ovenproof bowl or ramekin.
3. Oh so cheesy. Mix all the cheeses together and add the thyme. Beat the eggs and add them too. Divide the mixture between the four bowls and scoop it on top of the mince. Put the bowls on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
