Spaghetti with smoked chicken and avocado
This is what you make when you get home late from work and haven’t eaten anything wholesome all day. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare.
You need (for 4 people)
• 250 ml double cream
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 500 g spaghetti, cooked
• 2 avocados, sliced or cubed
• 4 smoked chicken breasts, sliced thinly
• a handful chopped parsley (optional)
Here’s how
1. Rich and creamy. Heat the cream on the stovetop until it starts to bubble. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Food’s ready! Stir the cream through the cooked spaghetti. Fold in the avocado and chicken, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

I dont know that I would call a meal with the fat of cream and avo 'wholesome' but it sounds delish!
