Bling bling biscuits
The kids named these biscuits because we often hang them on the Christmas tree.
You need (makes 60)
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- ¼ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups flour, sifted
- 1 packet brightly coloured hard sweets
Here’s how
1 Preheat the oven to 170º C. Line two baking sheets with aluminium foil (shiny side down). Don’t grease the foil.
2 Cream together the butter, sugar and honey. Add the water and beat until smooth.
3 Sift together the salt, baking powder and flour, and gradually add to the butter.
4 Mix to form dough. Knead until it has a clay-like texture. Refrigerate the dough until it’s firm.
5 Sort the sweets by colour and put each colour in a separate strong plastic bag. Pound them until they’re finely crushed.
6 Roll out the dough to 3mm thick and cut out different shapes. Using your finger, poke a hole in the middle of each biscuit.
7 Transfer to the baking sheets and bake for 5–8 minutes. Allow to cool. Fill each hole with the splintered sweets. Return biscuits to the oven and bake until the sweets have melted and start to boil (about 5–8 minutes).
8 Let the biscuits cool slightly in the baking sheet, before placing them on a wire rack to cool completely.
Tip: If you want to hang the biscuits on your Christmas tree, remember to make a small hole in each.

A saarfi honeymoon would rock talk about getting away from people and just enjoying time together. Africa is a really nice country from what I've heard too.The listing I saw place pretty much all of Africa in the need malara vaccine' category though. Is that wrong / out of date, or do the rules vary extensively depending on where you are travelling from?
