- 200g melted chocolate
- 1 packet marshmallows
- 1 packet Marie biscuits
- coarse dessicated coconut
- Melt the chocolate slowly in a heat-resistant bowl set over a pot of hot water.
- Toast two marshmallows over a flame until gooey (or use a microwave oven) and sandwich them between two Marie biscuits.
- Dip one half of the sandwich in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut. Let it cool down and enjoy.
