Braaied pizza? It sounds like a recipe for disaster! But the guys at LK’s have come up with an ingenious design that works brilliantly.
It’s a 31 cm base plate covered by a dome measuring 42 cm wide by 17 cm high. The holes in the base let in the heat from the braai, while the dome traps it, acting like a miniature pizza oven.
It works with any type of braai (wood, charcoal or gas) and will serve up crispy pizzas in around seven minutes. Best of all it’s fully portable, so you can wow the kids with Hawaiian pizza just about anywhere.
