It’s a compact backpack, with enough room for a small lunch and a warm top. It is light, made from Ripstop material and has sturdy back webbing. The webbing keeps the backpack away from your body so that cool air can dissipate body heat.

The inside also has space enough for a water bladder with a hole for the hose to pass through. The hose can be dangled over either shoulder and secured with an elastic band. There is also a hook for a bundle of keys. On the outside are two open pockets for energy drinks, two zipped pockets for lip balm and cellular phone. The bag has its own raincoat which packs away neatly when not needed. There is also cargo netting to contain a bicycle helmet or picnic blanket.

The bag has very comfy shoulder straps that run over your chest and straps that tie around the waist. You can also attach a magnet to the shoulder straps. I would have liked some padding in the waistband though.
