Golf at Skukuza

One of Skukuza's main attractions is its nine-hole (18 tee) golf course, just outside the camp. To reach the golf course, drive out of Skukuza camp, turn right onto the H11 at the cross, continue for approximately four kilometres and turn right again onto the S42. Follow the gravel road past Lake Panic bird hide all the way to the golf course.

The course is a par 72 and is 5 950m (6 450 yards) for men and 5 059m (5 480 yards) for women. The golf course is not fenced which means you might share the fairway with impalas, vervet monkeys and warthogs. Other, more dangerous animals visit the course as well, including hippos, elephants and even lions. Please keep a safe distance from the water's edge and don't approach any large or dangerous animals.

Impalas and other animals often come onto the
golf course.

Putting next to the very scenic Lake Panic.
