Berg-en-Dal is the Kruger National Park's ultimate family camp. There are plenty of facilities and activities to keep young and old busy, including one of the nicest swimming pools and walking trails in the park. In the evenings, the open-air amphitheatre shows nature films (weather permitting), while the Rhino Trail and Rhino Hall provide interesting information about the area's fauna and flora.
The camp is large and well designed, with beautiful gardens and name tags on most of the larger trees. One can easily spend a whole day in Berg-en-Dal simply relaxing or watching birds. The campsite is one of the best in the park, despite the fact that some stands are slightly uneven. Camping next to the fence in the bottom section of the campsite is certainly a highlight!

Leopards are often spotted along the S110 gravel road, so drive it slowly.
