Lower Sabie is probably the most popular camp in the whole Kruger National Park. It is located in one of the best game-viewing areas of Kruger and has facilities to cater for a variety of visitors – from campers to those who prefer a bit more luxury. The Lower Sabie safari tents are some of the best in the park, with great views over the Sabie River!
A highlight in Lower Sabie is the large wooden deck in front of the cafeteria and restaurant, making it one of the most enjoyable places to have lunch or a sundowner. Lower Sabie does not seem as crowded as Skukuza, but can also get very busy, both in camp and on the game-viewing roads. Make sure you book well in advance if you want to stay in this popular camp!
