Punda Maria camp is a birdwatcher's paradise! The camp is located in unique sandveld habitat which attracts birds that the other, more common habitats of the Kruger National Park don't. Species like grey-headed parrots and crested guineafowls are great sightings! Also look for bush-shrikes, flycatchers, owls and firefinches.
In terms of accommodation, Punda Maria offers bungalows, luxury safari tents and a large campsite. There is a very small reception, shop, cafeteria and restaurant.
