Nyalas are not common throughout the Kruger National Park; they prefer very dense habitats in the north of the park and are only regularly found on a few roads. In the south, you may find them in the Skukuza region. They certainly are one of the most beautiful antelopes, with stunning colours, lines and horns (males).

Top tips:
Search for nyalas in the far north of the park where the habitat is dominated by sandveld.
The roads around Punda Maria and Pafuri are especially good for nyalas.
