Tsessebes are very habitat specific so one can search for them in two very distinct parts of the Kruger National Park:  in the south of the park around Pretoriuskop and in the north between Letaba and Shingwedzi. Some roads are very good for tsessebe, so have a look at the right-hand sidebar to give yourself the best chance.

Any road around Pretoriuskop

Top tips:
Search for tsessebes in very specific open areas with tall grass, starting with the roads listed above.

Search for tsessebes amongst zebras and wildebeests in these areas, because the herds tend to mix.

Remember to record your tsessebe sightings in the rare antelope books found at reception of most camps.
