Beautiful shot of the male American Kestrel Christopher! I finally, after tnriyg for at least a year, **** some decent shots of a female Kestrel I hope to post tonight. I think your male will like her ;-)

This probably is irebcdinly rare, but I have the same crop in my garden right now too, Julie - in the northern hemisphere. My garden is winding down for the year, while yours is just gearing up. Hope it's a good one for you down there.

Hi Wendy,Borage flowers are edblie - so pretty in salads, not to mention it's an incredibly useful bee-attracting herb. There is some debate about whether the leaves should be eaten or not but they do taste somewhat like cucumber.Hi Ally,Not sadly it's not 212, it's 118 - I can only get to a maximum of 212 now if I post a new one every day for the rest of the year LOL. but hey, I reckon 118 is pretty good too :-) Thanks for the well wishes, I'm getting there!Hi Jen,Isn't it awesome? People from across the country made their way to Prince Albert to learn the basics of photography as well as some technical aspects, ranging from composition to aperture.
